Why Should You Use a Manufacturer Approved Accident Repair Centre?

Did you know that in the event of an accident, you have the right to specify where your precious vehicle gets repaired? It’s tempting to let your insurance company steer you towards one of their approved repair shops locally, however there are very good reasons for choosing a Manufacturer Approved Accident Repair Centre like Individual Specialist Cars.

Manufacturer Trained Technicians & Staff:

One of the most important things to ensure after an accident is that the repairs are being carried out by a technician trained in working on your make and model of vehicle.

As well as an in-depth understanding of your car’s manufacturing processes and components, a specialist technician should know what sort of performance you will expect from your vehicle once it is back on the road. They should also have the latest equipment and technology on hand to achieve the right results.

It is that combination of know-how, attention to detail and cutting edge equipment that has won Individual SC a manufacturer's stamp of approval from McLaren, Audi, Volkswagen, Tesla, SEAT, Skoda, Infiniti, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and Land Rover.

Genuine Parts used for all repairs:

Garages and bodywork centres vary enormously, and even ones approved by insurance companies will not necessarily get your vehicle to the same high standard it was before an accident.

One of the most common practices is to rely on inferior generic car parts, rather than genuine vehicle components. Every component, from paint to seats, from engine parts to wipers, should be specific to your model of car, and truly authentic. At Individual Specialist Cars this is something we adhere to with a passion.

What do I do if my car is involved in a road traffic accident?

When you specify that you want to use Individual Specialist Car’s prestige automobile accident repair centre, your vehicle will be taken there to be returned at the same manufacturer’s standards as when you bought it.

We have the experience and expertise to provide a highly responsive accident management service, helping you every step of the way, so get in touch on 0121 236 2394.

"The Ferrari 250 GTO isn’t merely a beautiful car in the subjective sense of the word, it is officially a work of art – the Court of Bologna legally ruled as such in 2019, forbidding any company from creating replicas of Maranello’s iconic piece of industrial design. " Ben Barry

Nicknamed the ‘The Anteater’ on account of a long, low bonnet that extended to streamlined Plexiglas headlamp covers and a protruding front grille, the 250 GTO was first and foremost about function-driven design.

BMW Group, today announced that Hydrogen maybe the alternative to Electric!

"Hydrogen is an additional option for electric drive systems. Fuel cells are manufactured in the company’s competence centre for hydrogen. BMW Group leads the way in hydrogen technology in the premium electric vehicle segment"

"Munich. On 31 August, Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG Oliver Zipse and Frank Weber, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG responsible for Development, will come together to inaugurate fuel cell system production at the company’s competence centre for hydrogen in Munich. The reason for this occasion is the small series of BMW iX5 Hydrogen cars that will be entering service around the world from the end of this year for test and demonstration purposes. The combination of fuel cell and high-performance battery is set to enrich the company’s portfolio by adding a unique form of drive system   for the premium segment . The BMW Group is playing a visionary and pioneering role in this technology with the aim of achieving a more diversified transition to zero-emission mobility.

“As a versatile energy source, hydrogen has a key role to play on the road to climate neutrality. And it will also gain substantially in importance as far as personal mobility is concerned. We think hydrogen-powered vehicles are ideally placed technologically to fit alongside battery-electric vehicles and complete the electric mobility picture ,” said Oliver Zipse , Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG, in Munich on Wednesday. “By commencing small-scale production of fuel cells today, we are demonstrating the technical maturity of this type of drive system and underscoring its potential for the future.”"
