What Happens after you collect your CUPRA once repairs are completed?
Your feedback and opinion is really important to both Team Individual and to CUPRA and we would appreciate your thoughts on the service received. CUPRA will send a short customer survey invitation to you by email and we would be most grateful if you would complete this for us. You should receive the invitation a few days after your vehicle is returned to you, so please look out for this in your email inbox, also check spam/junk folder just in case it is there.
