"It is not often that one sees the attention to detail and customer care that I have experienced with this company. My repaired car was 45 minutes later than agreed for collection. The reason was it had been polished and vacuumed to a very high standard.
The staff were pleasant and polite throughout the whole repair process and even plied me with refreshments and cake! If only a few other companies took a leaf out of their book. The repair appears to be to factory quality. I would strongly recommend their services and expertise. Nobody wants to have to visit a repair shop but if you do you are unlikely to do better."

"Awesome job these guys did, when I got my car back they'd made it look like it was brand new, however my first experience of them wasn't all plain sailing. Dropped the car off first thing on a Wednesday for a front bumper respray, was told at that point by Ian, the person dealing with my job it might be done by Thursday evening, but if not then definitely Friday.
So rang first thing Friday morning to enquire about collecting vehicle, was told it wasn't ready yet but that I shall be contacted regarding the vehicle in the afternoon. 3pm and still no phone call, so decided to call in again to ask what was going on, was put on hold whilst person dealing with enquiry spoke with the body shop. She came back to inform me that my vehicle won't now be ready until the following Monday. Naturally I wasn't happy about this so decided that I needed to speak to the manager.
I informed the manager Mickaela that I needed my vehicle for the weekend as I was travelling to Manchester. She said offered me a courtesy vehicle and discounted the job by a decent amount for me. All in all it was a happy ending and I'd recommend this place to family and friends if they're willing to pay slightly more then "Dave up the road would charge" but for a top quality job, workmanship was outstanding, will not hesitate to go back to in the future."
