Pre-Employment Checks.
In accordance with UK employment law and our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment, all successful applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks before commencing employment with Individual Specialist Cars.
These checks include, but are not limited to:
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check – A DBS check will be conducted at the appropriate level for the role
- Right to Work in the UK – Verification of your legal right to work in the United Kingdom
- References – Professional or academic references as appropriate
- Qualification Verification – Confirmation of relevant qualifications where applicable
- All information provided will be treated in strict confidence and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Employment offers are conditional upon satisfactory completion of all required pre-employment checks. Any offer of employment may be withdrawn if satisfactory checks cannot be obtained.
