Thank you for your interest in joining Individual Specialist Cars as an Apprentice within our Bodyshop and Accident Repair Centre.
ISC is a prestige accident repair centre approved by a wide range of manufacturer brands. We deliver work to the highest standard on some of the world's most exclusive vehicles. That standard begins with the people we employ.
We are making a significant investment in every apprentice we take on, providing expert mentorship, industry-leading facilities, structured college and on-the-job training, and genuine long-term development opportunities.
In return, we expect dedication, consistent reliability, a genuine passion for learning your craft, and the willingness to start from the bottom and grow.
This application covers technical knowledge, work ethic, communication, initiative, and your understanding of ISC and the trade you are applying to learn. It is not a test of what you already know; it is a window into who you are and how you think.
Please answer every question honestly and entirely in your own words. We want to hear your voice, your experiences and your thinking, not a polished version of someone else's! Effort, self-awareness and honesty matter far more than perfect answers.
An ISC apprenticeship is a minimum three-year commitment combining on-the-job training with college attendance. You will start with the basics. Working on a Lamborghini, McLaren and Rolls-Royce vehicles is something you earn through consistent performance and skill development, it does not happen from day one.
