POSITION: DRIVER

Due to Business expansion we are looking to recruit Drivers, based at our Birmingham site, but also supporting the Team at Solihull by collecting and delivering cars to our customers' home/work and dealer network, along with other duties when not driving.

You will be representing Individual Specialist Cars in a Professional, attentive and friendly manner, a well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.

The Role: 

• You will be working in collaboration with the Team at both sites; Birmingham and Solihull to deliver an exceptional, seamless customer service 
• Must be able to complete all necessary paperwork thoroughly and accurately
• Liaise with your Team Leader or other Team members of any discrepancies, damage to vehicles
• Can skilfully work under pressure and plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are delivered/collected to agreed timescales
• Ensure that the all vehicles are clean and presentable prior to delivery
• Working with Prestige Vehicles, Supercars, Electric & Hybrid Vehicles
• when collecting vehicles from Clients or the Dealer Network, ensure paper work is completed accurately
• Collecting and delivering parts and any other items as required by the business
• Client pick up and drop off
• You may be asked to carry out other roles within the business, when not driving (to be discussed at meeting)

The Person: 

• Good Geographical knowledge of the Midlands area
• Flexible, as you may be required to travel beyond the Midlands area around the UK
• Have excellent communication skills
• You should have excellent attention to detail, reporting any issues found on the vehicles to your Team Leader as well as identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle prior to delivery or collection
• Be a strong team player with self-motivation, able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
• We work as a Team, therefore the successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a Team and have a flexible approach to the job role and the needs of the business, an honest and diligent approach to work is required

Experience & Requirements:

• Knowledge and an interest in the Automotive industry
• Have worked within the Automotive Industry and Luxury Brands  (not essential)
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 06.00pm 

                              Some out of hours work may be required as and when the need arises.
