Public Statement: Scam Alert Notification

Important Notice: Scam Alert

We have been made aware that several individuals have recently received unsolicited and automated phone calls from an unknown third party falsely claiming to represent Individual Specialist Cars | ISC. These calls have reportedly offered compensation of £2,500 relating to motor accidents that we have had no involvement in.

Please be advised:

• These calls are not from Individual Specialist Cars.
• We have no affiliation with the organisation(s) making these calls.
• We do not contact individuals offering compensation unless they are verified customers involved in a legitimate claims process handled through our authorised insurance and repair channels.

This appears to be a fraudulent scam attempting to misuse our company name. If you receive such a call:

• Do not share any personal information.
• Do not engage with the caller or automated message.
• Report the call immediately to Action Fraud (UK’s national fraud and cybercrime reporting centre) via www.actionfraud.police.uk or by calling 0300 123 2040.
• You may also wish to report the number to your network provider to help block further calls.

We take the misuse of our company name and brand extremely seriously and are taking immediate steps to report and investigate the matter. Our Data Protection Officer and IT Department are also reviewing the issue, and we are liaising with relevant authorities where appropriate.
