VEHICLE VALETER & DETAILER

We are seeking to recruit detail-oriented and skilled Valeting Professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering outstanding vehicle presentation to the highest standards expected by us and our customers.

Responsibilities of this Position Include:

You will be working with Prestige Vehicles, Supercars, Hypercars, Electric & Hybrid Vehicles
Performing thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and deodorising to a high standard.
Working with a polishing/buffing machine to enhance bodywork should this be required
You should have excellent attention to detail, reporting any vehicle damage, defects, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.
Conducting pre-delivery inspections to check for cleanliness, presentation and functionality of the customers' vehicle.
Managing and maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure vehicles are prepared efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will be:

Representing Individual Specialist Cars in a Professional, attentive and friendly manner with discretion at all times.
An individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed with experience in vehicle valeting and detailing, within a prestige or luxury automotive environment.
Knowledge of specialist cleaning products, tools, and techniques used for luxury vehicle preparation.
Have good communication skills and take pride in your work
Can skilfully work under pressure and plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready to agreed timescales, in a fast-paced, and demanding environment.
Be a strong team player who can also take the initiative and work independently.
We work as a Team, therefore the successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a Team and have a flexible approach to the job role and the needs of the business, an honest and diligent approach to work is required.

Experience & Requirements:

Knowledge of and an interest in the Automotive industry
Experience in vehicle valeting and detailing, within a prestige and luxury automotive environment.
Knowledge of specialist cleaning products, tools, and techniques used for vehicle preparation.
Physically fit to handle the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing.
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and comply with health and safety standards.
Must have a full clean UK Driving Licence
Basic computer and IT skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 am - 06.00 pm

Saturday: 08:00 am - 12:00 pm (on a rotational basis)
