Individual Specialist Cars requires an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor with proven expertise in prestige vehicle assessment, manufacturer-approved repair methodologies, and multi-stakeholder communication.
You will assess damage on vehicles ranging from Mercedes-Benz to McLaren, Lamborghini, and other supercars worth millions. Every estimate must be technically accurate, compliant with manufacturer specifications, and defensible to insurance engineers, manufacturers, and customers. You are the essential link between customer expectations, insurance authorization, and workshop execution.
Essential Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy bodyshop environment
- Current Audatex Certification (must be up-to-date)
- A.T.A. Certified (Automotive Technician Accreditation)
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Expert proficiency with Audatex and EMACS bodyshop management systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturer repair methodologies across multiple premium brands
- Understanding of advanced materials: aluminium, ultra-high-strength steels, EV/hybrid structures
