POSITION: RECEPTIONIST/HOST - SOLIHULL

Individual Specialist Cars are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and welcoming Front of House team member to join the team at our state of the art Bodyshop in Solihull.

The Role: 

• As first point of contact, your role will be to welcome everyone who enters the business in a professional and engaging manner.
• You will need to manage each customer experience and certify that the customer is looked after throughout their visit offering a true luxury customer service experience
• You will be offering refreshments, engaging in conversation and ensure that the client is dealt with in a timely manner
• The role entails dealing with inbound phone calls and directing them to the correct department
• you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer reception area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day
• need to be proactive in ensuring a first-class customer service experience is delivered and make sure we are delighting our customers
• You may be asked to carry out administrative duties roles within the business as required

The Person: 

• You will be the first impression of Individual Specialist Cars so a cheery and friendly disposition is key
• Excellent communication, hosting and organisational skills are paramount to this role.
• Some Knowledge and an interest in the Automotive industry
• Discretion as and when required, when dealing with clients and Dealer Network
• Flexible, as you may be required to travel beyond the Midlands area around the UK
• Representing Individual Specialist Cars in a Professional, attentive and friendly manner, a well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed
• We work as a Team, therefore the successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a Team and have a flexible approach to the job role and the needs of the business, an honest and diligent approach to work is required

Experience & Requirements:

• Experience in customer service role, ideally within the Luxury Automotive sector is preferred
• Welcoming, presentable, enthusiastic, willing, motivated and passionate to deliver exceptional customer service
• Some Knowledge and an interest in the Automotive industry

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 06.00pm 

                              Saturday 08.00am-12.00pm based on a rota

Salary:                To be reviewed at meeting
